80% of the cohort fee goes directly to the experts, comentors, and the remaining 20% covers operational costs.
For example, if an expert is working 100 hours per month at a rate of 40€/hour (excl. VAT):
- The total monthly cost is 4000€.
- Out of this, the comentors and experts get the entire amount ensuring they are highly motivated and committed to delivering exceptional results.
